Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if an event changes dates or cancels we handle refunds in the following ways.

Refund and Credit Information: Unfortunately shows sometimes end up being cancelled. When a show is cancelled you have the right to a full refund for the tickets you have purchased.

Refunds from Credit Card Purchases: If you have purchased your tickets using a credit card we will contact you (using the email or phone number you have given when setting up your account) and give you the option of a refund directly to your credit card or a credit pass that may be used for future purchases. You will not be required to come in to arrange your refund.

Refunds from Debit Card Purchases: If you have purchased your tickets using a Debit card, we will contact you (using the email or phone number you have given when setting up your account) and give you the option of a credit pass that may be used for future purchases, or a credit on your debit card. You will not be required to come in to the Theatre office if you chose a credit pass. If you prefer to receive your refund as a credit to your debit card, you will need to come to the Theatre office with your tickets so that we are able to process your refund.

Refunds from Cash Purchases: If you have purchased your tickets using cash, we will contact you (using the email or phone number you have given when setting up your account) and give you the option of a credit pass that may be used for future purchases, or a cash refund. You will not be required to come in to the Ticket Seller if you chose a credit pass. If you prefer to receive your refund in cash, you will need to come to the Box Office with your tickets so that we are able to process your refund.



Exchange Policy

Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours before the original ticketed performance. Exchanges are only available for another date or time of the same production, as available. A $3.00 exchange fee per ticket will apply. The Theatre must be contacted directly at (250) 498-1626 to process the exchange (this service is not available online).

Exchanges are not available in the event of poor weather conditions unless the performance is cancelled.
