Frequently Asked Questions


Patrons using a wheelchair, walker or who have difficulty with stairs should advise the Box Office (705-945-7299 ) at the time of ticket purchase. Accessible seating is NOT available online. For the safety of patrons, all accessible seating in the theatre is located in Row G on both sides of the auditorium.

Babes in arms

Every person entering the theatre must have a ticket. This policy applies to everyone, including children and infants. Strollers must remain in the light lock of the theatre and are not permitted inside the auditorium. Baby carrier seats must be placed directly onto a seat inside the auditorium and not placed on the floor or stairs.


Doors to the lobby will open one (1) hour prior to the performance, unless otherwise noted. Doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes prior to the performance. There will always be a Front of House coordinator on hand to answer questions and assist patrons. Latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before entering the auditorium.

Mobile devices

Cell phones and other electronic devices should be muted and not used while in the theatre. Photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the auditorium, unless otherwise noted.


The theatre shares a parking lot with the attached school. There is one (1) permanent wheelchair parking spot located beside the theatre on non-performance days and an additional two (2) wheelchair parking spots available on performance days. There are also three (3) permanent wheelchair parking spots located in the parking lot.

Scent advisory

Sault Community Theatre encourages a scent-free environment. Please be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies and/or multiple chemical sensitivities and refrain from wearing cologne, perfume or other scented products.
