Know Before You Go

Bag Policy The NewRoads Performing Arts Centre and the Old Town Hall have a bag policy in place. Please check the bag you intend to bring in meets the requirements. Bags over 10” x 9” x 4” will not be allowed into our Venues. Such as large tote bags, large purses and backpacks.

Concession
Both venues have concessions available to purchase we offer a range of local craft beers, wines, Non-Alcoholic Cocktails, Non-Alcoholic Beer, Pop, Juice, Chips and Chocolates.

Tickets
Tickets are available for mobile download or print. Ensure that you have your tickets ready to enter the venue. No patrons without tickets will be allowed inside

Doors
Doors open 1 hour prior to performance time. Unless stated otherwise.

Box Office
Box Office is open 1 hr prior to performance time to assist with last minute tickets and ticket concerns.
