Accessibility Information

The NewRoads Performing Arts Centre has ground level accessibility both in the audience area and backstage/onstage.

Patrons with wheelchairs and walkers may contact the box office to request an accessibility seat. The lower seating sections of the theatre do have stairs, but the length and rise of each step is very gentle and many patrons with walkers have been able to use these seats.

The Theatre Volunteers are happy to assist patrons with accessibility needs.

If the NewRoads Performing Arts Centre is producing the event, our accessibility policy is to allow one support worker to sit beside their client free of charge.

The NewRoads Performing Arts Centre is a rental venue. As such, many groups presenting events may have a different accessibility policy.
