Current subscribers are guaranteed renewal of their seats until May 31st - prior to the new season. Seats are then assigned on a “first come, first served” basis:
first, to change requests by current subscribers
then, to requests for new subscriptions
Issued tickets will not be refunded, however:
Patrons may exchange their issued tickets for another performance of the same play, depending on seat availability.
Exchanges must occur at least 48 hours before the performance date shown on the ticket.
There will be a $2.00 Processing Fee for each ticket exchanged or replaced.
