Refund / Exchange Policy

All ticket sales are final, with no refunds however:

1. Ticket holders may exchange tickets for another performance, depending on seat availability.

2. Exchanges must occur at least 48 hours before the performance date shown on the original ticket.

3. There will be a $2.00 Processing Fee for each ticket exchanged or replaced. This fee needs to be paid in advance by cash, cheque, debit card (if the exchange is made in person) or credit card (particularly if the exchange is completed over the phone).
