Ticket Policy & Information

·         No Refunds or Exchanges

·         All ticket pricing includes the HST (13% HST) and the Facility Renewal Fee ($ 2.00 per ticket).

·         There is a service charge of $ 2.25 per ticket (HST included) when ordering online or by phone.

·         Latecomers will only be seated when and if there is a suitable break in the program.

·         Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the theatre. Some producers may choose to waive the no recording policy.

·        Regardless of age, each person attending a performance may be requested to have a ticket.  

·        Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and facility rules. Management reserves the right to refuse admission if these conditions are violated.
