Ticketing Policy
All ticket sales are final and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Late Seating
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
Children and Infants
Babies in arms are not permitted in the auditorium.
Children aged 7 years and older are welcome to attend. Children under the age of 7, including those without documentation confirming their age, may be refused admission at the discretion of Ontario Philharmonic, even if a ticket has been purchased.
Ontario Philharmonic encourages adults to introduce children aged 7 years and older to its performances. Please contact Administration should you wish to discuss this policy before purchasing tickets.
Recording and Smoking
Recording by any means is prohibited. Smoking is also prohibited throughout the facility.
Lost Tickets
If your tickets are lost, please contact the Box Office. Replacement tickets may be issued once the original purchase has been verified.
Scented Products
For the comfort and safety of all patrons, please avoid wearing perfumes, colognes or other scented products. These products may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities for other guests.
Consumer Warning: Unauthorized Ticket Sellers
Ontario Philharmonic and its ticketing partner, TixHub, are the only official ticket providers for events presented by Ontario Philharmonic at the P.C. Ho Theatre.
Ontario Philharmonic is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized or third-party sources. Tickets obtained from other sellers may be substantially overpriced, stolen, counterfeit or invalid and may not be honoured.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources are not eligible for replacement if they are lost or stolen. They are also not eligible for assistance or reimbursement if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled.
