Accessibility Policy

The following accessibility information applies to the P.C. Ho Theatre at the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto, located at:

5183 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available in several areas of the theatre for patrons who use mobility devices or have limited mobility.

Wheelchair seating is limited and must be arranged with the Box Office at the time of ticket purchase. Wheelchair seating cannot be arranged on the day of the performance.

Please contact the Box Office to arrange accessible seating.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available in the Progress Avenue parking lot, just south of the Centre's main courtyard.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome throughout the facility. Please contact the Box Office before your visit so that we can ensure your selected seating area provides sufficient space for your service animal.

Backstage Accessibility

The backstage area includes accessible dressing rooms and washrooms.
