All ticket sales are final and must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.
- Sorry, babies in arms will NOT be admitted into the auditorium. Showplace welcomes children old
enough to enjoy our productions but stresses that tickets must be purchased for all children.
- Recording by any means and smoking are prohibited.
- Showplace is wheelchair accessible on the Main Level and to the Nexicom Studio and Lower Lobby
only – please indicate your need for wheelchair seating when ordering your tickets.
- There is no lift to the balcony seats.
- Our fully-licensed Lounge is open to serve you during Intermission for most performances.
- If you lose your tickets, please contact the box office for replacement if ticket purchase is verified.
- Use of scented products – out of consideration for your fellow patrons, we would like to remind
you that the use perfumes and colognes can cause allergic reactions. Showplace is a scent-free
zone.
- Consumer warning – Showplace Performance Centre is not responsible for tickets purchased from
other sources. The Showplace Performance Centre Box Office and showplace.org are the
only OFFICIAL TICKETING PROVIDERS for events at Showplace Performance Centre and
affiliated venues. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are often greatly inflated in price.
They may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid and may not be honoured. Tickets purchased from other
sources are not eligible for a replacement if tickets are lost or stolen, or if the event is cancelled or
rescheduled. We encourage you to contact our box office prior to your online purchase should you
