TICKET POLICY

Each ticket sold shall be subject to a per ticket handling charge.

Please consider if a child is old enough to enjoy the content of the show before purchasing tickets. Due to the intimate nature of our Studio Theatre, babes in arms are not permitted.

TICKET REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY is a follows:

All reservations must be prepaid.
No refunds on ticket sales. Ticket exchanges are available to Players’ Guild of Hamilton Inc. members and series ticket holders.
All exchanges must be processed by phone through the Box Office.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

The Players’ Guild of Hamilton is wheelchair accessible.
Patrons with wheelchairs and walkers may contact the Box Office to request an accessible seat.
Some limited mobility parking is available. Please call the Box Office.
Service animals are welcome in the facility. Please contact the Box Office (905-529-0284) to ensure that your seat selection provides sufficient space for your service animal.
The theatre volunteers are happy to assist patrons with accessibility needs.
