All ticket sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.

Handling Charges

There is a $2.00 per ticket Fee.
There is a $2.00 mail out Fee.
There is a $2.00 per ticket reprint Fee.

Theatre Etiquette

In order that everyone may enjoy the performance, and in consideration to the performers on stage, latecomers will be seated at a suitable break in the performance at the discretion of House Management.

Please note that the use of recording devices or taking of photos is prohibited. Please turn off all cell phones and other beeping devices. Babes in arms are not permitted to shows other than children's performances, in consideration of other patrons.

Wheelchair Seating

We are wheelchair accessible. Please advise us if you need special assistance at the time of booking. Patrons using wheelchairs are requested to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the performance time.

Privacy Policy

New federal legislation, entitled the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), came into force as of January 1, 2004. PIPEDA requires that Personal Information must be gathered with consent for a reasonable purpose, used for the limited purposes for which it was gathered, be available for the owner's inspection and correction, and be stored securely.
