Regular (Single Performance) Ticket Sales are tickets not purchased as part of a subscription package and all rental events. We ask all guests to be mindful of their purchase. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted and all sales are final. Due to the historical nature of our building, seats located in the upper balcony have limited legroom. Lost TicketsIf you lose your tickets, please contact the box office. We will be happy to make a pass for the ticketed performance if the purchase can be verified. This pass cannot be exchanged for another performance. Globus Theatre OnStage “GO” Subscriber ticket exchange privilegesSubscribers (who purchase a package of 4 or more events for Globus Theatre OnStage “GO” performances) may exchange subscription tickets any time before 4pm on the business day prior to the performance you cannot attend. You may exchange your tickets for any other performance presented by the Globus Theatre, subject to availability. Please note: Box Office HoursGlobus Theatre Box Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 12noon until 6pm. The Box Office is also open two hours prior to all performances, including those on Sundays and statutory holidays. Reduced hours may occur during the summer months. Ticket ScanningTickets are scanned at the entry doors for validation. Please be prepared to show ID if there is an issue with your ticket at the Box Office. |
