Frequently Asked Questions

Lobby

Doors to the box office will open one (1) hour prior to the performance, unless otherwise noted. Doors to the auditorium open 30 minutes prior to the performance. There will always be a Front of House coordinator on hand to answer questions and assist patrons. At times latecomers will be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before entering the auditorium.

Evergreen Bar Service

One hour before the show, during the intermission and occasionally one hour after the show (when announced).
No service during the show.
Drinks may be taken into the theatre.
Our license does allow minors to be present.

Mobile devices

Cell phones and other electronic devices should be muted and used judiciously while in the theatre. Photography without use of a flash is allowed unless otherwise noted.

Parking

The theatre has a parking lot directly across the road. There is a drop off drive-through for patrons to be dropped off at the entrance. There are no parking spots available on the theatre side of the road.

Scent advisory

Evergreen Theatre encourages a scent-free environment. Please be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies and/or multiple chemical sensitivities and refrain from wearing cologne, perfume or other scented products.
