The NBSO opens the 2024-25 season
with a concert of beautifully reflective music.
Violist Jacob Clewell joins the orchestra for a performance of Elgar’s
meditative Cello Concerto, arranged for viola. Also featuring Canadian composer
Kevin Lau’s Remembrance–themed work, A Dream of Dawn, Copland’s famous Fanfare
for the Common Man, and Vaughan Williams’ stunning Norfolk Rhapsody no. 1.
