Our first chamber event of the season features
exciting staples from the string quartet and brass quintet repertoire. Pieces
to be performed include Marley Calbert’s colourful setting of French-Canadian
folk melodies, Suite from the Monteregian Hills, and Mozart’s String Quartet
no. 20, written for his friend and publisher Franz Anton Hoffmeister.
