| | Individual orchestra sections once again take center stage
in this program of uplifting dance music. Wind, brass, and percussion players
present selections from Susato’s historic collection of Renaissance dances, the
Dansereye, in an arrangement from our new artistic director, Josh Wood. The
string section presents Gustav Holst’s famous St. Paul’s Suite alongside the
charming Lady Radnor’s Suite from Charles Hubert Parry, featuring several classic
English dance tunes.
