Candlewick respects your right to privacy and we understand that patrons of Candlewick Productions and its subsidiaries (DanceWorks & Kenmor Theatre) – including www.candlewick.ca , www.dwstudio.ca, www.kenmortheatre.com, and www.tixhub.com – need to be in control of their personal information. The personal information collected herein is for the purposes of ticketing, marketing and promotion for Candlewick Productions and its subsidiaries (Kenmor Theatre and DanceWorks). Candlewick and its subsidiaries do not and will not sell, trade or disseminate in any way, information collected through this website. The Kenmor Theatre is a unique Art Deco style facility built in the early 1950’s. At the time of construction, the facility was known to be the most “state of the art” theatre in southern Manitoba. During the last few years, steps have been taken to allow for accessibility as allowable with the facility footprint. Main level access and washroom access have been a part of the ongoing facility refurbishments. Auditorium seating is on a sloped floor. Accessible Seating for patrons who use mobility devices or have limited mobility is available either on a slightly raised and level seating area at the back of the theatre auditorium or on the dance floor at the front of the auditorium (close to the stage). Our Front of House requests that all accessible reservations be made through the box office.

The Manitou Opera House is a unique Arts & Crafts style facility which, regardless of its historical construction, aims to be inclusive and respectful to our patrons. To achieve the goal of accessibility, in 2015 the Manitou Opera House Foundation, along with many supporters of our local communities, embarked to provide accessible entry and services with the addition of the Accessibility Wing along with accessible entrance and washroom facilities. Accessible Seating for patrons who use mobility devices or have limited mobility is available close to the auditorium entrance. Our Front of House requests that all accessible reservations be made through the box office.

The Steinbach Bible College Chapel/Theatre is also a unique space designed specifically towards live performance. Entrance to the facility is main level access with door activation devices. The chapel/theatre is also main level access. It should be noted the auditorium seating is on a sloped floor. Accessible Seating for patrons who use mobility devices or have limited mobility is available on a limited basis. Our Front of House requests that all accessible reservations be made through the box office.

Ticket Pick-up

No ticket orders, including groups, will be available for pick up or delivery until paid in full. Tickets purchased online or by phone will be held for pickup at the performance unless special arrangements are made for mailing. All tickets purchased by phone or on the internet within 10 working days of the performance will be held at the Box Office for pick up.

Box Office Pick Up


In order to pick up tickets at the Box Office you will be required to present photo I.D and present the purchasing credit card. Tickets can be picked up at the Box Office during our Box Office hours on show night prior to the beginning of the performance. We recommend you arrive early to beat the rush. If someone else needs to pick up the tickets on your behalf, please make these arrangements with the Box Office Customer Service Representative when you are purchasing your tickets. There are no additional service charges Box Office Pick Up when ordering through Candlewick Box Office.

Lost Tickets


If you have lost your ticket(s) please contact the Box Office at: 204-822-7469. In most cases, tickets can be reprinted upon verification of identity of the purchaser.

- Physical Tickets will be reserved for pick up at the door unless otherwise arranged with the Box Office.
- Advance Ticket Prices are only in place until the day before the actual performance date
- Tickets will not be mailed out unless by special arrangement and a reasonable time frame for delivery (shipping and handling to be arranged through the Box Office)

BOX OFFICE HOURS

Morden Kenmor Theatre: Mondays & Thursdays 4 PM – 8 PM (call for appointment if otherwise needed)
Manitou Opera House: Tuesdays 4 – 7 PM (call for an appointment if otherwise needed)
Steinbach Bible College: Mondays – Fridays 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (For Steinbach Performances ONLY)
Prior to Performances: The Box Office will be open at the Performance Venue 1 hour prior to doors opening for the performance. Doors will open to the performance ½ hour prior to the show unless otherwise stated.

Terms and Conditions

Promotion/discounts must be presented at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be applied to previously purchased tickets. Promotions may be time limited, applicable for selected performances only and subject to availability.

Child/Youth: A discounted ticket is available on select performances.

Exchange and Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Programming subject to change.

Latecomers: Performances will start promptly. Out of respect to fellow audience members and the performers on stage, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Front of House Coordinator, usually following a pause in the program.

Babes in Arms: Every person must have a ticket in order to be admitted to a performance. This policy applies to everyone, including children and infants. Please consider your fellow patrons when deciding to bring a babe to a performance, our venues do not have separate cry rooms. Age appropriateness varies for each show.

Order Confirmation: If you are ordering online and do not receive a confirmation page or email, or if you receive an error message after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to follow up with the Candlewick Box Office (Customer Service Representative) in order to confirm that your order has been processed. The Candlewick Box Office will not be responsible for any losses, monetary or otherwise, that you may have suffered if you do not receive confirmation of your order.
