Named one of CBC Music’s “30 hot Canadian classical musicians under 30”, the Cheng² Duo (Cheng Squared Duo) is celebrated by audiences and critics alike for its artistic excellence, generous spirit, and compelling vibrancy. A 2018 winner of the Canada Council’s Musical Instrument Bank competition, Bryan plays the ca. 1696 Bonjour Stradivarius cello. Since debuting at Carnegie Hall in 2011, the brother-and-sister duo will feature works from Ravel, Poulenc, Boulanger and Franck.
