This concert is a platform for young prodigious Canadian performing artists ages 5 to 18 to perform with the BNMO, Burlington’s only professional orchestra.
The cross-genre program will feature young music and dance performers in various styles, including Classical, Jazz, Pop, Rock, Ballet and more. Instrumentalists will include performers on instruments such as piano, strings, woodwinds and brass, voice and more.
With recommendations from the Royal Conservatory Of Music (RCM), The Canadian Music Competitions (CMC), the Kiwanis Music Festivals and other arts organizations, the selection committee, under the direction of BNMO Conductor Charles Cozens, will choose the best young performers from across Ontario.
