An immersive afternoon of fluid vinyasa, a brief guided meditation and breathwork practice, and soothing yin – designed to replenish body and mind before stillness of winter. We’ll close with warm beverages and space to linger. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and a cozy blanket – along with anything else you need to feel comfortable and at ease.
