Synopsis In a fractured near-future, twin siblings Bax and April are separated by forces neither fully understands. We watch Bax spiral into madness, unraveling the boundary between identity and memories.
Director ​Michel K. Parandi was born in Iran and raised in France. His films explore themes of memory, identity, and societal collapse through a poetic and often dystopian lens, marked by philosophical undertones. Over the years, he has developed projects for HBO, Interplay, and 20th Century Fox. Prior to that, he was mentored by Ben Barenholz and Hisami Kuroiwa. AprilX is his debut feature film.
