    THURSDAY, AUGUST 7TH – FESTIVAL DAY 2



    Chula is a bilingual, one woman pop musical set to the tunes of 1980’s music in English and Spanish by Guatemalan-Canadian Vancouver based playwright Alexandra Lainfiesta. This coming-of-age story full of joy, humour and heart accompanies a workshop of the new work,



    (Un)Fruitful by Dora and Canadian Comedy award-winner Heather Marie Annis, which follows three women chasing the dream of getting pregnant through all its hilarity and heartbreak when "trying" becomes trying.
