Every person attending the performance is required to have a valid ticket.

Ticket purchases are non-refundable, with the exception of the event cancellation. At the presenter discretion, the tickets can be exchanged to the same performance on different date with at least 48 hours notification. There is no refund on the difference in price. All ticket exchanges require a return of the original tickets to Box Office.
Please check your dates and ticket prices (senior, student, promotion etc.) BEFORE submitting the payment.
Tickets ordered online are subject to the $2 convenience fee per ticket.

Babes in arms are not permitted into the shows for adults. Contact the box office for information about the children’s show tickets for infants if permitted.

Accessible Seating:
Multiple stairs in Georgian and Five Points Theatres can be an obstacle for wheelchairs and walkers. Our theatres are rental venues, and the presenters of events may have a different accessibility policy. Please call or visit the Box Office in advance to purchase tickets for accessible seats.

If applicable, Group Ticket price is not available online. Call the Box Office to purchase group tickets as the difference in price will not be refunded.

Seat selection issues:
If you experience a difficulty in selecting your seats online, and they are not showing on the seating plan, they are most likely in your shopping cart. Please access your shopping cart by clicking “View Shopping Cart” label on the left side on the ticket sales page. Box office agent will be happy to assist you during our business hours.

Picking up tickets:
In advance: tickets can be picked up from the Box Office at the Five Points Theatre, 1 Dunlop Street West in Barrie.
Regular hours are: Tuesday to Friday: 12 PM to 6 PM, Saturday: 11 AM to 5 PM; closed on Sundays, Mondays, and on statutory holidays.
On the day of the performance: The temporary box office at the venue of the show is always open from one hour prior to the start of the performance until the intermission for ticket pick-up and purchase.

Please have your ID or the confirmation email ready. If someone else will be picking up your tickets please call the box office and provide the name of the person in advance.

Lost Tickets:
If you lose your tickets, please contact the box office as soon as possible.

Hearing Assistance:
Hearing devices may be obtained from the Box Office before the performance, free of charge.

Late Arrivals:
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of Front of House during an appropriate break in the performance, and if permitted by the presenter.

Due to allergies and sensitivities, please refrain from wearing scented products.

Cell Phones:
Please keep electronic devices turned off during the performance.

Cameras and Recording:
Cameras and recording devices are not permitted in the theatre unless specified in the preshow announcement.

Food and Drink:
Only bottled water is permitted in the theatre with the exception of designated seating plans.
