Multi-instrumentalist and composer Clinton Swanson presents Breathing Music. A night of performing his original music arranged for wind ensemble, chamber groups, and big band.

In 2025 Clinton was awarded a major project grant from the Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance to compose and arrange for local community ensembles focusing on music for wind instruments. After a year of preparation, the dynamic evening of music will be presented by the Nelson Community Band and the Playmor Junction Big Band along with local guest artists.

Clinton is passionate about performing music with wind instruments and invites you to come share in the beauty and excitement of Breathing Music.
