“Quartetto Gelato is a dazzling group whose musicians come from the background of classical music and which makes all kinds of music a carnival of humor and virtuosity.” – Kimmo Mattila (Finnish Accordion Magazine)

“Quartetto Gelato base their humor on a solid basis of musicianship, often quite dazzling in execution.” – Fanfare Magazine

“Dry humor and occasional clowning are part of the quartet’s arsenal, yet first, it meets the requisite virtues of skilled music-making. Its pleasure-giving is consistent.” – Los Angeles Times
